EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
As a higher learning institution, the Asian School of Hospitality Arts (ASHA) uses as guide three constants in imparting quality education to its students: learning by doing, synergy with sister brands, and sustainability.

Learning by Doing
The holistic development of students is the most vital. Engaging them in real life work environment where they can apply the knowledge and skills they gained from school, students are able to understand the intricacies of the different theories taught in the classroom, which they see unfold right before them. This enables them to acquire a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge for the learning they gain during class discussions and trainings from the top practitioners that handle classroom instruction and on-the-job training in the wide array of commercial establishments within the Cravings Group and its corporate partners local and abroad.

Synergy with Sister Brands
We ally our brands to mold industry-ready graduates. Our students are exposed outright to learn from an operating business and/or company. Through the Cravings Group of Companies that include posh hotels such as Seven Suites and the Orange Place, high-end restaurants such as Cravings and Classic Cuisine, and Events Places, our students are able to learn best practices, values, and mastery of skills. ASHA practices an open, transparent, and beneficial relationship with other members of the Cravings Group.

Sustainability
Environmental Management is integrated into the curricula to enable students to learn how to be more forward in valuing the environment. We have managed to recue cost of waste, save in consumption of energy materials, lower distribution cost and improve corporate image all at the same time. Through our Green Chefmanship, our students foster environment-friendly cooking and food practices.
