ANGELINA BLANCO
Dean, Asian School of Hospitality Arts
Dean Angie is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Master in Business Administration in University of the Philippines-Diliman. She also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Food Service and Restaurant Management in De La Salle – College of St. Benilde.
She is a former Human Resource and Training Director of a 5 star hotel in the United Arab Emirates and Training Director of Max’s Restaurant Group of Companies. She has 10 Years HRM teaching experience in De La Salle – College of St. Benilde, UP Diliman and FEU and the current Board Secretary of the Association of Human Resource Managers (AHRMM) in the hotel industry for 10 years.
For more than 20 years, she has been a training consultant for different hospitality industries such as Balai Isabel Resort, Bellevue Hotel, Tagaytay Highlands Resort, Asia Pacific Tourism Training Institute, Ayala Corporation (Glorietta), Linden Suites, Ayala Greenfield, Diamond Hotel, Burger King, Max’s Restaurant, Manila Polo Club, Island Cove Resort, Hard Rock Café, Makati Skyline, Anvaya Cove Subic and many others.

AUSTIN WILFRED DY
Teaches HRM Subjects, Food and Beverage Service, Banquet Operations, Food Cost Control, Bartending, and Housekeeping.
A Post-baccalaureate graduate in Food Service and Restaurant Management from the College of St. Benilde – De la Salle University, he took his undergraduate course in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the University of the Philippines. He also has Masteral units in Food Service Administration from the same university, and Masteral units in Philosophy from the Maryhill School of Theology when he entered the seminary.
He is both an academician and practitioner working in such establishments as Celebrity Sports Plaza, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila Hotel International, Bayview Park Hotel,  Mountain River Spa, Crystal Springs Waterworld, Max’s Group of Companies, and Pinnacle Equity Ventures (Häägen-dazs Ice-Cream Bar and Café, Oliver’s Super Sandwiches, Max Brenner Chocolate Bar, and ZhongNannHai Chinese Restaurant). He went to work for Kentucky Fried Chicken in Australia before coming back to the Philippines and served for a short while as the Dean for the College of Hotel and Restaurant Management of the TRACE College in Los Baños, Laguna.
His certifications include a Bar/Restaurant Manager Trade Test, NCII in Food and Beverage Service, NCII in Housekeeping both from TESDA,  Barista from The Coffee Academy (William Angliss Institute),   Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from   the Canberra Institute of Technology, and Enterprise Assessor Skills Set (TAFE) from William Angliss Institute.
He is currently connected with the Center for Culinary Arts Manila, the Asian School for Hospitality Arts, Canadian Tourism Hospitality Institute, and Sapphire International Aviation Academy. He is also a consultant for hotels and restaurants in the country.

VICTORIANO LACAP
Teaches Food and Beverage Service, Banquet Operations, Bartending, and Front Office.
A well-exposed hospitality practitioner, Vic is a former Food and Beverage Manager at Pan Pacific Hotel Manila, Deputy Director of Hotel Operations at Orient Royal Cruise, Ltd., Crewing Manager at United Philippines Lines, Food and Beverage Manager at The Philippine Village Hotel, and a Coffee Shop Manager at Makati Shangri-la Hotel.
He has also worked abroad as a Banquet, Room Service, and Coffee Shop Manager at The Traders Hotel and a Tournant Manager at The Peninsula Hotel in Beijing, China.

MARISSA LIM
Teaches Basic and Common Competencies, Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Operations, Housekeeping, and Front Office Management.
A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English, Marissa has worked in several hospitality industries in and out of the country. She has gained her experiences at the Crown Regency Hotel and Tower, Makati Palace, and Great Eastern Hotel as an Executive Housekeeper. She also worked at Hotel Paris Peninsula Changsha Horaton Hotel, and Swissbel Changchun Hotel in China.
Marissa also worked at The Westin Century Plaza Hotel and Tower in California and a former consultant in TESDA. She holds the National Certificate II and an Assessor of TESDA and was once recognized as the Star Performer at Century Plaza Hotel and Tower, California.

WILBERTO Z. ESCLETO
Teaches Food and Beverage Service, Total Quality Management, and Entrepreneurship.
Wilberto gained his Bachelor’s Degree in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila where he took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting. In 2004, he graduated at University of the Philippines- Davao where he finished his post-graduate degree in Management.
He was a former Area Manager of Chowking Food Corporation for 7 years where he was assigned in Mindanao, and later on became the Operations Head of Chowking Indonesia. At present, he is the Operations Manager of Karate Kid Japanese Fast Food and a part time Instructor in Asian School of Hospitality Arts.

TERESA DELFIN
Teaches Front Office and Total Quality Management
Being a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management in Schloss Klessheim, Saltzburg Austria, Teresa has a solid experience in various aspects of general management, operations, sales and marketing. She is also into staff development and business management in the service industries.
She also took up Master in Business Administration at University of Sto. Tomas and passed a First Grade Civil Service for Professionals. Both academician and practitioner, she was a former lecturer at Arellano University, faculty member at Mapua Institute of Technolgy, Assistant General Manager in Manila Hotel, General Manager in Genesis Hotels and Resorts Corporation, The Pearl Hotel, and Manila Diamond Hotel to name a few.
She also worked abroad as the Guest Relations Manager of The Palace Hotel Wangfujing in Beijing, China. Currently, she is a consultant and a trainer in various hotels where she handles their operations and systems.

GENEVE MIYAHARA TANYAG
Teaches Culinary
Geneve is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management at La Consolacion College, Manila.  After college, she decided to study Basic Culinary Arts at Chef Logro’s Institute of Culinary and Kitchen Services and Fundamentals of Culinary Arts at CCA Manila.
She holds TESDA Certificates in Food and Beverage, Bartending, Household Services and Commercial Cooking and a former Marketing Restaurant Manager in McDonald’s Philippines and a School Training Director/Trainor in Tech Pacific College.

TITUS L. ZAPANTA
Teaching Principles of Management I, Marketing for Hospitality & Tourism, Basic Economics and Accounting I.
Titus graduated from the Adamson University gaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accountancy in 1985.  He formerly worked in the Philippine Airlines for 9 years as Field Timekeeper, a Timekeeping Control Analyst and a Purchasing Officer in Philippine Airlines, Inc.
He was also a former Marketing Services Assistant at First Brands and Business Development Consultant in Insky Business Solutions Inc. where he is still employed while teaching. Currently, he is taking up his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in University of Rizal System- Antipolo (URS).

OSCAR GABRIEL JR.
Teaches NSTP, P.E., Safety and Sanitation, and Logic
Oscar is a post-baccalaureate graduate in Educational Management from Pamantasan Lungsod ng Marikina and a Master of Education graduate from Philippine Normal University. He is also a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Philippine College of Health and Sciences and currently studying Doctor of Education Major in Educational Management at Marikina Polytechnic College.

He is also a licensed nurse and caregiver which provide him understanding in the physical needs of students. With his many years of teaching in various universities and other teaching institutions including De La Salle – College of St. Benilde, Lyceum of the Philippines, Technological Institute of the Philippines, to name a few, he was able to design teaching modules and lessons suited to students’ interests and individual differences.

JANIELLE ANN VALLESTERO
Teaches History, English 1, 2, 3, 4, Principles of Management, Research 1 and 2, and Anthropology
Janielle is a graduate of Master in Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from University of the Philippines. He also earned units in Continuing Professional Education and passed the 2007 Professional Licensure Examination for Teachers.
She earned her teaching experiences in various schools such as Our Lady of Fatima University and Reedley International School and gained technical skills from the Australian Embassy, University of the Philippines Diliman, The Royal Thai Embassy, and the US Department of Energy. She also holds a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

MARIAN PANDE
Teaches Introduction to Computer and Management Information System
A Librarian and Instructor rolled into one, Marian is a graduate of Master in Library Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She studied her undergraduate degree at the University of Luzon where she took up Bachelor of Education Major in Library Science.
She started her work as a Project Librarian at De La Salle – College of St. Benilde in 2002 then became the Project Records Management at PLAN International Philippines in 2006. She also worked abroad as the Head of Resource Center in Almacrest, Malaysia. Before she worked at the Asian School of Hospitality Arts, she was also the Librarian of its partner culinary school – Center for Culinary Arts, Manila.

ANN MARIE GALANO-CLEMENTE
Teaches Management I, Marketing, and other Management Subjects
Ann Marie is a graduate of Master in Business Administration at the Philippine School of Business Administration and took up his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. She formerly worked at The Great Steak and Potato Company, Toronto, Canada as the Branch Junior Manager. At present, she is studying her doctorate degree in Business Administration at AMA Computer University.

JOANNA G. BARRIO
Teaches Filipino I, 2 and 3
Joanna is a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Filipino at Imus Institute. After her graduation, she decided to work as a Filipino Subject Lecturer in San Sebastian College- Recoletos de Cavite where she stayed for 2 years.
In 2005, she decided to work in Colegio de San Juan de Letran- Intramuros for another 2 years and later on transferred in De La Salle- College of Saint Benilde. She finished Master of Arts in Education in 2011 while continuously teaching Filipino subjects.

MARIA ASSUNTA REYES
Teaches Spanish I
Maria Assunta studied in Madrid from her secondary until she finished at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. She has worked as a Legal Researcher at Alexander Pitts Law Office and as an Administrative Assistant at Bovis International, also in Madrid. Maria Assunta is a former Translator at the Embassy of Argentina and is currently an Administrative Officer at the Consulate General of Spain.

JOVEN LYNN CRUZ-JOVEN
Teaches Business Math and Statistics
Joven took Bachelor of Science in Math in Philippine Normal University where she graduated as Cum Laude. She also took 18 units of Professional Education in Marikina Institute of Science and Technology, 6 units of Master in Educational Administration in University of the Philippines, and 36 units of Master of Arts in Educational Measurement and Evaluation in Philippine Normal University.
She then taught in grade school in Morning Dew Montessori for 3 years and became a scholar of the Department of Science and Technology. She was also the former Mathematics chairman of Rizal National High School, curriculum writer, trainor and demonstration teacher of the Department of Education, Division of Rizal.

JUSTINE FIGUEROA JAVIER
Teaches English 1, 2, 3, 4 and Personality Development
Justine is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications in AMA Computer College East Rizal where she also practiced her teaching skills in English as a College Instructor and Subject Coordinator. She is also a former part-time instructor and later on became the department head in La Salle College Antipolo.

ELLIS JAEZEN ARNEL MEDRANO JR.
Teaches Cultural Anthropology and Research 1&2
Ellis is a graduate of Master of Arts in Education, Major in Educational Management in Pangasinan State University and Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Computer Science at St. Mary’s College of Meycauayan. He formerly worked in Unciano Colleges, Antipolo as a professor, committee chairman, and Public Relations Officer.

HUGUES VAY-VAY TANDIOY
Teaches French I
A multilingual specialist, Hugues is a graduate of Bachelor in Social Communications major in Journalism in Les Facultes Catholiques de Kinshasa, Democratice Republic of Congo. He also finished Master of Arts in Theology as a Cum Laude at Maryhill School of Theology and is currently studying Master in Labor and Industrial relations in University of the Philippines Diliman.
He is a French Teacher and Assistant Accountant at Mgr Moke High School Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. He also worked as a French-Multilingual Customer Service Representative in IBM Manila. Presently, he is also working as a Human Resource Specialist at CGI Global Share Services.
